Before you use this Service or provide any information to Infisight, please read carefully and fully understand the contents of all terms, especially those involving your significant rights and interests, including terms that exempt or limit Infisight's liability, terms that restrict your rights, terms that govern dispute resolution and jurisdiction, and separate agreements or rules for activating or using specific services. The aforementioned terms may be highlighted in bold or other forms to draw your attention. Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement, you are not entitled to download, install, or use this Service. Any actions you take, including downloading, installing, using, obtaining an account, logging in, etc. (collectively referred to as "use"), shall be deemed as your acceptance of all contents of this Agreement.
Under this Agreement, we presume that you are a legal entity under the laws of mainland China with full civil rights capacity and behavioral capacity appropriate for the civil activities you engage in, and that you are not subject to any trade restrictions, sanctions, or other laws or rules implemented by any country, international organization, or region (hereinafter referred to as "Restricted Persons"). If you do not meet the aforementioned circumstances, please suspend subsequent operations and seek resolution through the following methods: (1) If you are not a user from mainland China, please understand the usage instructions for various Infisight services and sign relevant agreements through the website or software (if any) established by Infisight in your local area; (2) If you do not have full civil capacity due to age or other factors, please promptly inform Infisight and immediately stop using this Service; (3) If you are a Restricted Person, please apply for use of this platform service after the relevant restrictions have disappeared or been lifted. If you are not a qualified person as described above but still continue to sign this Agreement, Infisight reserves the right to refuse or terminate providing services to you upon learning of the relevant situation, and you (and your guardian) shall bear all related losses.
1. This Agreement is an agreement between you and Infisight regarding your use of this Service. If you are an end user and actually use this Service on behalf of your enterprise/organization, your enterprise/organization is also bound by all terms of this Agreement.
2. This Agreement includes the main body of this Agreement, the "Infisight Privacy Policy," and various policies, rules, statements, notices, warnings, tips, and explanations (collectively referred to as "Rules") that Infisight has published or may publish in the future. All Rules are integral parts of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the main body of this Agreement.
3. Infisight may adjust or update this Agreement and related Rules from time to time based on business operational needs, and notify you through one or more methods such as service page prompts, official website announcements, webpage prompts, email, or SMS. You may visit to check the latest version of the Agreement. Relevant adjustments or updates will take effect from the date specified in the relevant announcement or notice (if not specifically noted, it will take effect 7 days after the announcement or notice). If you do not accept the relevant adjustments or updates, you should immediately stop using this Service. If you continue to use this Service, it indicates that you have accepted the revised Agreement and Rules.
1. This Service is primarily面向 chain enterprises, providing technical functions such as device management, video preview and playback, inspection and evaluation, store personnel management, and customer traffic statistics, helping enterprises build smart store systems for standardized management and digital operations. These functional services may be optimized or modified based on changes in user needs, as service versions vary or at the sole discretion of the service provider, or may be temporarily suspended due to regular or irregular maintenance.
2. The access points of this Service include but are not limited to the official website (www.infisight.net), web terminal (cloud.infisight.net), Android mobile terminal, iOS mobile terminal, various other mobile applications, and some functions/services integrated into third-party products or software (including but not limited to mini-programs, official accounts, etc.). Specific access points are subject to what Infisight actually provides. Infisight will continuously update this Service. If you have registered to use one version/access point of the Service, you can use other versions/access points of the Service with the same account, and this Agreement automatically applies to all versions of this Service you use.
3. This Service does not include services directly provided to you by other third parties through the aforementioned web pages, clients, or functions (collectively referred to as "Third-Party Services"). Third-Party Services are not subject to this Agreement, and you should use Third-Party Services in accordance with the agreements you have signed with third parties and be bound by them.
4. For purposes such as improving user experience and ensuring service operational security, you understand and agree that Infisight may make changes, upgrades, modifications, or transfers (collectively referred to as "adjustments") to this Service or any part of it and its related functions and application software at any time. Relevant adjustments will be released in the form of new service versions, system updates, etc. You should operate promptly according to prompts to avoid unnecessary losses due to inability to continue using this Service or unstable service.
1.1 User accounts of this Service include administrator accounts and sub-accounts. Among them, administrator accounts should be applied for and registered with Infisight by individual users or administrators of enterprise users, and take effect after creating an enterprise. Sub-accounts are registered by individual users themselves or distributed by administrators of enterprises/organizations to their employees, and the distributed personnel/employees are end users. Infisight issuing administrator accounts to you and/or administrators assigning sub-accounts to you are both regarded as account registration, and the date of account issuance/assignment is the date of registration. Please be sure to modify your account password immediately after registration, reset your password regularly, and properly keep your account and password to ensure account security.
1.2 You must provide true, accurate, and legal registration materials and information in accordance with laws, regulations, and Infisight's requirements. You also promise not to impersonate others for registration, not to register for others without permission, not to register accounts in ways that may mislead other users, and not to use usernames that may infringe on others' rights (including but not limited to suspected trademark rights, reputation rights infringement, etc.). If you violate any of the aforementioned agreements, Infisight has the right to refuse registration and reserves the right to terminate this Service; if the account has been registered, Infisight has the right to take measures including but not limited to requiring correction within a time limit, suspending use, or canceling the account, and all losses caused thereby shall be borne by you. If your information changes, please update it in your account in a timely manner.
1.3 Please note that you and your enterprise/organization (if any) shall be responsible for all operational behaviors under the account. Therefore, when applying for or using this Service, please be sure to keep your account properly and ensure that the account you use is legally held by you and you have complete control over its use. If you represent your enterprise/organization in engaging in the aforementioned behaviors, please ensure that you have obtained corresponding legal authorization in advance and have the right to represent the enterprise/organization to manage the account. Infisight has the right to require you to provide relevant subject qualification materials and authorization documents for you and/or your enterprise/organization. If you do not keep your account and password properly and cause losses to you, your enterprise/organization, Infisight, or third parties, you shall be fully responsible. You agree that if you find any illegal use of accounts or security vulnerabilities, you have the obligation to immediately notify Infisight.
1.4 You acknowledge and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the ownership of accounts and all service data and records related to your registration and use of accounts (including but not limited to all registration, login, and usage data, etc.) belong to Infisight; in case of disputes, you agree to be bound by Infisight's backend system data; after you register an account, you only obtain the right to use the account, and you shall not gift, borrow, rent, transfer, or sell the account.
1.5 You understand and confirm that you should be a natural person, legal entity, or other organization with full civil rights capacity and behavioral capacity appropriate for the civil activities you engage in. If you do not have the aforementioned subject qualification, please do not use this Service, otherwise you and/or your guardian (if involved) shall bear all consequences arising therefrom, and Infisight has the right to cancel or permanently freeze your account. If Infisight suffers losses, Infisight has the right to claim compensation from you. If you register on behalf of a company or other legal entity or actually use this Service in other ways permitted by Infisight, you declare and guarantee that you have the right to bind that company or legal entity to this Agreement.
1.6 Infisight provides you with an account cancellation channel. The path for the WEB terminal is: [My] - [Account Security] - [Cancel]; for the APP terminal: [My] - [Account Security] - [Cancel]. The specific process for account cancellation is subject to the announcement on the relevant page or additional requirements from Infisight. For sub-accounts, since you are an internal employee or designated person of an enterprise/organization, your account is assigned by the administrator or individual of your enterprise/organization. You can contact the administrator or individual of your enterprise/organization to delete your account from the enterprise before canceling your personal account. If the administrator account is canceled, all sub-accounts will also be deemed canceled, but separate cancellation of sub-accounts does not affect the validity of the administrator account. After canceling the account, Infisight will stop providing you with this Service under the relevant account, and will process account-related content and information by including but not limited to deletion, anonymization, etc., except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. You should operate carefully and pay attention to backing up in advance, otherwise, you shall bear all losses or responsibilities arising therefrom.
2.1 You understand and agree: To provide you with effective services, this Service will use resources such as processors and bandwidth of user terminal devices. Data traffic charges may be generated during the use of this Service. You need to understand the relevant tariff information from operators by yourself and bear the relevant costs yourself.
2.2 When you use a specific service or function of this Service, there may be separate agreements, relevant business rules, etc. (collectively referred to as "Separate Agreements"), and that specific service or function may also be provided by other entities. Before using that service or function, please read and agree to the relevant separate agreements of the service or function provider. Your use of the aforementioned specific services shall be deemed as your acceptance of the relevant separate agreements.
2.3 You understand and agree that Infisight will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of your data storage during your use of this Service, but Infisight cannot provide complete guarantees for this.
2.4 When using this Service, you must bear the following risk content that Infisight cannot control, including but not limited to:
(1) Risks of user information loss, leakage, etc. that may be caused by irresistible factors;
(2) You must choose a software version that matches the installed terminal device. Otherwise, any problems or damage caused by the mismatch between the software and the terminal device model shall be borne by you;
(3) When you use this Service to access third-party websites, risks that may be caused by third-party websites and related content shall be borne by you;
(4) Risks and responsibilities that may arise from the forwarding and sharing of your published content by others;
(5) Risks such as login failure, incomplete data synchronization, and slow page opening speed caused by network reasons such as unstable network signals or small network bandwidth;
(6) Risks and responsibilities caused by poor user management resulting in accounts, passwords, etc. being copied, stolen, or used without authorization.
2.5 You understand and agree: This Service allows end users to query information of other end users within the same enterprise/organization, but administrators can restrict end users' information access permissions through management rights. When using this Service to manage your end user information, you should:
(1) Fully inform end users of the policy provisions regarding the impact of using this Service on user information and content;
(2) Ensure that the use and processing of user information and content during the use of this Service comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
(3) Respond to and handle all disputes and conflicts between you and end users regarding user information and content, or arising from your failure to fully perform these terms, and independently bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom
1. Software Usage Specifications
You shall not engage in the following behaviors when using this Service:
1.1 Delete all copyright information on this software and its copies, and modify, delete, or bypass technical measures set by this software to protect intellectual property rights;
1.2 Reverse engineer this software, such as disassembling, decompiling, or otherwise obtaining the source code of this Service;
1.3 By modifying or forging instructions and data during software operation, add, delete, or change the functions or operational effects of the service, or operate or disseminate to the public the services, methods used for the aforementioned purposes, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;
1.4 Use this software to engage in any behavior that endangers network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers/accounts; entering public networks or other people's operating systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information; attempting to probe, scan, or test weaknesses of this software's system or network without permission or other behaviors that damage network security; attempting to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of this Service system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses and other behaviors that destroy or interfere with normal network information services; forging TCP/IP data packet names or partial names;
1.5 Log in to or use this Service through third-party compatible software, systems developed, authorized or recognized, or create, publish, or disseminate the aforementioned tools;
1.6 Other uses of this Service in any illegal manner, for any illegal purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with the licensed use under this Agreement.
2. Information Content Specifications
2.1 The information content mentioned in this article refers to any content that you produce, copy, publish, or disseminate during the use of this Service, including but not limited to registration information such as account avatars, names, user descriptions, or text, voice, pictures, etc. sent, replied, announced, and related link pages, as well as other content generated by using this Service and/or its account.
2.2 You understand and agree that Infisight has always been committed to providing you with a civilized, healthy, standardized, and orderly network environment. You shall not use this Service and/or its account to produce, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of this Service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties, including but not limited to:
(1) Using this Service to upload, publish, transmit, disseminate, or store content prohibited by national laws and regulations:
a. Violating the basic principles determined by the Constitution;
b. Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
c. Damaging national and collective honor and interests;
d. Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining national unity;
e. Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstition;
f. Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability;
g. Spreading obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, or terrorist information or instigating crimes;
h. Insulting or slandering others, infringing on others' legitimate rights and interests;
i. Inciting illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration, or gathering to disturb social order;
j. Acting in the name of illegal民间 organizations;
k. Not meeting the requirements of the "seven bottom lines" such as compliance with laws and regulations, socialist system, national interests, legitimate rights and interests of citizens, public order, social moral风尚, and information authenticity;
l. Containing other content prohibited by national laws and regulations, administrative regulations, policies, etc.
(2) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that infringes on others' reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and other legitimate rights;
(3) Involving others' privacy, personal information, or materials;
(4) Publishing, transmitting, or disseminating harassment, advertising information, excessive marketing information, spam information, or any content of a sexual or sexually suggestive nature;
Other information that violates national laws and regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social morality, or interferes with the normal operation of this Service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
2.3 Without the written consent of Infisight, you shall not use this Service for sales, profit-making, or other commercial purposes.
1. Given the special nature of Internet services, Infisight has the right to change service content, and may also interrupt, suspend, or terminate all or any part of the service. If the aforementioned suspension or termination occurs, Infisight will make every effort to notify you through one or more methods such as relevant service page prompts, official website announcements, webpage prompts, email, SMS, regular letter transmission, or in-site messages, and you should check promptly.
2. You understand and agree that Infisight may periodically or irregularly maintain or inspect the platform equipment, facilities, and software and hardware that provide network services. If this causes paid services to be suspended within a reasonable time, Infisight shall not be liable. For such interruptions, Infisight will make every effort to announce in advance on the official website or relevant service pages, or notify you in advance through email, SMS, etc.
3. If any of the following breach situations exists, Infisight has the right to immediately suspend or terminate service to you and require you to compensate for losses: (1) You violate the provisions of Article 3 on Service Usage Specifications; (2) You violate the provisions of Article 4 on User Code of Conduct; (3) You violate the provisions of Article 9 on Compliance.
1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this product or service will be provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Infisight expressly disclaims any express or implied warranties regarding the service, including but not limited to warranties, statements, or commitments regarding the service's applicability, absence of errors or omissions, continuity, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Except where prohibited by law, Infisight shall not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of this Service or any content, service, or function of this Service, even if Infisight has been advised of the possibility of such damages, including but not limited to loss of business profits, loss arising from data or document loss, personal injury, privacy leakage, failure to perform any responsibilities including good faith or reasonable care, negligence, or other losses.
3. You fully understand and agree that this Service may be affected by multiple factors, including but not limited to your reasons, network equipment maintenance, network connection failures, uncovered network signals, network transmission delays or interruptions, electronic terminals, communication or other system failures or errors, power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, turmoil, fires, floods, storms, explosions, wars, government actions, orders from judicial and administrative organs, other force majeure events, or inaction of third parties. Using this Service requires Internet access, which may lead to abnormal website operation, information leakage, data loss, or other problems due to network attacks, hacker attacks, virus infections, etc. Except as expressly required by laws and regulations that Infisight shall bear responsibility, any losses caused to you by the reasons described in this clause shall be borne by you yourself, and Infisight shall not be liable for this.
4. When using this Service, you may need third-party software or service support. Communication line failures, technical problems, network interruptions, terminal failures, system instability, or other emergencies may occur due to third-party reasons. Infisight does not guarantee the security, accuracy, effectiveness, or other uncertain risks of third-party services. Infisight shall not be liable for any disputes or damages arising therefrom.
5. Infisight's maximum and total liability to you, and the sole calculation method for any and all claims arising from any damage, injury, or property damage caused by your use of this Service under this Agreement, is based on your actual losses suffered, and compensation to you shall not exceed the total amount of all payments you have made to Infisight for using this Service. However, nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for personal injury or death resulting from the negligence or fraud of Infisight or any of its partners.
6. You fully understand and agree that any obligations, responsibilities, and consequences arising from any related behaviors you conduct using this Service shall be borne by you yourself. Any actions of your management personnel, authorized personnel, employees, or other agents shall be deemed as your actions, and all obligations, responsibilities, and consequences arising therefrom shall also be borne by you yourself. If you represent another entity in using this Service for website or application development, and you do not inform that entity of the existence of this Agreement and obtain its written consent, you shall bear joint liability for any obligations, responsibilities, and consequences arising from any related behaviors conducted by that entity using this Service.
7. You understand and agree that if you violate any provision of this Agreement, without prejudice to the simultaneous application of other provisions of this Agreement, Infisight has the right to take one or more of the following measures based on the severity of the situation:
7.1 Require correction within a time limit, suspend or terminate your use, restrict some or all of your functions, cancel or reclaim your account, or take other restrictive measures;
7.2 For information you publish while using this Service that is suspected of being illegal or infringing on others' legitimate rights or violating this Agreement, Infisight will directly delete it;
7.3 If you cause damage to a third party, you shall independently bear legal responsibility in your own name and ensure that Infisight is exempt from losses or increased costs arising therefrom;
7.4 If your actions cause Infisight to suffer losses, or be subject to claims from third parties, or be subject to penalties from administrative authorities, you shall compensate Infisight for the losses suffered and/or expenses incurred, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees, investigation and evidence collection fees, litigation fees, etc. Infisight has the right to provide necessary and reasonable system records to relevant government departments, judicial organs, and other institutions.
1. Protecting user information is a fundamental principle of Infisight. Infisight will take reasonable measures to protect user information. Except as required by laws and regulations, Infisight will not disclose or reveal user enterprise information and personal information to third parties without user permission. Infisight uses appropriate technical measures such as encryption to ensure the security of user information.
2. Infisight will use various security technologies and procedures to establish comprehensive management systems to protect users' personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
3. You agree that when registering or using this Service and providing any personal information to Infisight, or when Infisight collects personal information in other ways to perform this Agreement, Infisight may use, process, and retain such information for the purposes of performing this Agreement and in accordance with Infisight's "Infisight Privacy Policy".
4. When you upload and manage end users' names, mobile phone numbers, and other personal information as an organizational user, please ensure that you have obtained the explicit consent of end users in advance, only collect personal information necessary for operational and functional implementation purposes, and have fully informed end users of the purposes, methods, and scope of personal information collection.
5. If you are an enterprise user, you should establish an information security protection system and provide information security education to end users, including but not limited to: entrusting management authority to appropriate personnel; reasonably setting management authority for relevant personnel; reminding or requiring end users to pay attention to information security and account security to prevent information leakage caused by accounts being used by others.
1. You understand and agree that unless otherwise stated by Infisight, all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, etc.) and related rights to all non-user uploaded/provided products, technologies, software, programs, data, and other information (including but not limited to text, images, pictures, photos, audio, video, charts, colors, layout design, electronic documents, etc.) included in the services under this Agreement shall permanently and globally belong to the operating entity of Infisight (Sharetronic).
2. Unless obtaining written authorization from Infisight, you and your enterprise/organization (if any) shall not implement, use, or transfer the aforementioned intellectual property rights for any commercial or non-commercial purposes, or authorize any third party to do so.
1. You promise that the use, sale, transfer, export, or re-export of this Service shall comply with any relevant import and export laws and regulations or economic sanctions provisions, including but not limited to US Export Administration Regulations and US economic sanctions policies.
2. You guarantee that for products subject to US Export Administration Regulations control, you will not sell or otherwise provide such products to (i) countries or regions subject to US economic sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea region of Ukraine; (ii) institutions or individuals included in blacklists such as the "Entity List" by the US Department of Commerce, or individuals included in the "Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List" or "Foreign Sanctions Evaders List" by the US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control.
3. You further promise not to use this Service for the development or production of weapons of mass destruction, biological and chemical weapons, or activities related to nuclear explosions or other dangerous nuclear fuels, and not to use it to support serious human rights abuse activities, or to resell, transfer this Service to institutions or individuals engaged in the aforementioned activities.

Infisight may deliver various rules, notices, tips, and other information regarding the use of this Service to you through one or more methods such as relevant service page prompts, official website announcements, webpage prompts, email, SMS, regular letter transmission, or in-site messages. Such information shall be deemed as delivered upon sending and shall be binding on you and your enterprise/organization (if any). If you do not accept it, you should immediately stop using the relevant service and inform Infisight in writing.
2. If you fail to receive relevant rules, notices, tips, and other information due to errors in the email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, etc. you provided or other reasons not attributable to Infisight, you agree that it shall still be deemed that you have received the relevant information and are bound by it, and all consequences and responsibilities shall be borne by you yourself. 3. If you have matters under this Agreement that need to notify Infisight, please contact us in the following manner:

1. The conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and the application of all conflict of laws rules shall be excluded.
2. This Agreement is signed and effective in Yuhang District, Hangzhou City. If disputes arise, you agree to submit the disputes to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this Agreement is signed for litigation resolution.
3. If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
4. The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be used as a basis for interpreting this Agreement.
